Dr. Stephanie Schwetz (she/her)
DC, CVSMT
Originally from De Pere, Wisconsin, Dr. Stephanie Schwetz received her undergraduate degree from Concordia University of Wisconsin in Exercise Physiology/Pre-Medicine. After graduating from Concordia, Dr. Schwetz attended National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois where she earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in 2014.
Being a lifelong athlete, Dr. Schwetz is no stranger to the physical stresses that accompany playing sports. Dr. Schwetz fully understands the importance of chiropractic care and how invaluable it is to allow everyone to perform at their best. Dr. Schwetz emphasizes the importance of chiropractic care not only when an injury has occurred, but also for the prevention of injury and preparing the body to take on every day challenges. This applies not only to people, but to animals and pets as well. In addition to fundamental chiropractic care, Dr. Schwetz has a variety of certifications and experience in Acupuncture, Clinical Nutrition, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques, Kinesio Tape Technique, Motion Palpation, Rocktape Technique, Cold Laser Therapy, MDT (McKenzie Therapy), and Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy (Animal Chiropractic).
Dr. Schwetz completed her 226+ hour post-graduate training in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy – Animal Chiropractic – in June of 2015. Dr. Schwetz has had a lifelong passion for animals and understands the importance of helping them to be as healthy and happy as possible. She currently offers in-home services for animals. The variety of treatments available from Dr. Stephanie Schwetz at Delta S Performance allows her to provide a versatile and multi-faceted approach to treating each individual.
From the Spring of 2016 through Fall 2017, Dr. Schwetz taught anatomy and physiology part-time at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Since moving to Colorado, Dr. Schwetz began teaching anatomy and physiology in the Fall 2022 part-time at Community College of Denver and is currently still an adjunct professor there.
In her spare time, Dr. Schwetz loves hiking, snowboarding, reading, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Carly Kaatz Hudson (she/they)
DC, CMT, YTT-200
Dr. Carly Kaatz Hudson, D.C., is a Colorado native whose enthusiasm for healing the body began with her first job as a personal trainer. She has more than 20 years of experience in personal motivation for the body, mind, and spirit, and truly enjoys seeing her patients’ lives change for the better through proactive, therapeutic care. As an author and public speaker, she has educated thousands through her podcast Healing Ground Movement, her braided memoir: Healing Ground, and her various online publications.
Dr. Carly graduated with her doctorate in chiropractic from the University of Western States. She has also earned two Bachelor’s degrees: one in Human Biology from the University of Western States and another in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication from the University of Colorado. Additionally, she holds certificates in Massage Therapy from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, as well as her 200-hr yoga teacher training. In addition to certificates and training in Rock Tape Techniques, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Drainage, she has been trained in Functional Neurology and is currently pursuing her postdoctoral certification as a diplomate.
When not working with patients, Dr. Carly enjoys time with her beautiful family, traveling, and reading.
